1. The Board

The Board ensures that engagements are planned, executed and monitored with accountability and transparency, and that decisions are aligned with the long-term interests of the Company and the national programmes it supports.

3. Compliance culture

Governance is supported by the policies in this section — covering data protection, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, anti-slavery, whistleblowing, risk and conduct — which together define how the Company expects its people and partners to behave.

4. Conflicts of interest

Directors and staff must declare and manage any actual or potential conflict between personal interests and those of the Company, and must not use their position for improper advantage.

The Board reviews the Company’s governance arrangements periodically to ensure they remain fit for purpose as the business develops.
