Anti-Slavery, Forced Labour & Human Trafficking Statement
Grange Investments Ltd is opposed to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in every form, and is committed to ensuring they have no place in our business or our supply chains.
1. Our commitment
We respect the dignity and freedom of every individual and will not engage in, support or tolerate trafficking in persons, forced or bonded labour, debt bondage, or the exploitation of children, as those terms are defined under Ugandan law.
2. Our people
- All work is freely chosen; no one is compelled to work through force, deception or the retention of identity documents.
- We do not employ children below the minimum age permitted by the Employment Act, 2006.

3. Our partners and supply chains
We expect partners, contractors and suppliers to uphold the same standards. We assess these risks during due diligence and reserve the right to decline or terminate any relationship where trafficking, forced labour or child labour is found and not promptly remedied.
4. Identifying and reporting concerns
Personnel are expected to be alert to indicators of trafficking and forced labour and to report concerns to the Business & Legal Team. Suspected trafficking may also be reported to the Uganda Police Force and the Coordination Office for the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
